Our Team
Brush Strokes Painting employs 50 to 75 painters to meet our clients’ year-round needs.
We begin on the recruiting front by looking for painters who are talented and have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience working on commercial projects similar to ours. After interviewing, screening, and hiring new painters, we match their specific known skills to those needed on one of our smaller projects so we can ease them into the organization and level of quality and service we expect at Brush Strokes Painting.
Once they have successfully performed a project or two, we begin reviewing their career goals, what types of painting they’d like to learn or what we’d like them to learn, and we help them improve their skills, productivity, and preparations for larger, more difficult projects. We also extensively review safety, safety training, proper uniform, PPE (personal protection equipment), and the very important role PPE plays in protecting them in the field as well as representing Brush Strokes Painting by conducting themselves in a professional manner.
We hold daily and weekly meetings on-site regarding particular safety issues on the job they are performing, and we let each painter know that the entire senior leadership at Brush Strokes Painting is here to support them. Every painter knows how to get in touch with each senior leader at any time—and they know that no matter how large our business grows or how small a particular project is, the leaders of this company are in the field and willing to support them.
Our team members understand how to SERVE our clients and customers to consistently deliver Service that Shines.
